
Refošk – Mali Boškarin was picked in 2017 in the start of October in the sunny southwestern position, near the village of Manžan. It was an exceptional harvest for our refošk, so we left it on the plant until was maturing. Among the hand-picked grape, they were already dried, full of extracts. With spontaneous fermentation and uncontrolled temperature, it was macerated for 1 month . After that 3 years in used barrique.
